Affiliates are commercial entities whose business is in an allied field that provides products or services to the real estate industry, such as banks, mortgage companies, developers, attorneys, homeowner’s insurance, staging companies, furniture stores and many more. Affiliate members are an integral part of the Association however; they are not holders of a real estate license.

RAJ offers its Affiliate Members a broad range of networking opportunities in which to promote their company’s brand and message to real estate professionals. RAJ Affiliates have strong working relations with the real estate profession and contribute to increased mutual success for all members. Our affiliates provide our members with knowledge, expertise and the most current industry-related information and trends. This integrated professional partnership develops long-term relationships, continuous learning and promotes a harmonious and profitable environment for all stakeholders.

There are three (3) tiers of membership available:

• Gold – $60,000.00
• Platinum – $150,000.00
• Diamond – $250,000.00

All applicants are required to pay a one-time joining fee of $25,000.00 along with the application fee for the membership tier selected.
