Membership Application Form – REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®

Thank you for your interest in becoming a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® with the REALTORS® Association of Jamaica (RAJ). Membership provides access to a professional network committed to promoting the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and excellence within Jamaica’s real estate industry.

Before applying, please ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and carefully follow the application process outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® membership, you must:

• Hold a valid Real Estate Salesman Licence.
• Be affiliated with a Qualifying Director who is a current member of the REALTORS® Association of Jamaica (RAJ).

Application Process

1. Download and complete the REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Membership Application Form.
2. Submit the completed application together with all required supporting documents listed on Page 2 of the application form.
3. Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee, which will assess your submission and make a recommendation to the RAJ Board of Directors.
4. The Board will make the final decision regarding your membership application.
5. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email confirming your membership along with your official Welcome Package and information on the next steps.
