Your membership with the RAJ is an investment in your success. Our members are the heart of our organization and it is our mandate to work diligently to support and serve you at the highest level for the continued growth and development of our industry. There are several options for membership for real estate licensees and other stakeholders interested in membership:
REALTORS®
Real estate licensees can apply for either of two types of memberships; REALTOR® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®.
AFFILIATE
Affiliates are commercial entities whose business is in an allied field that provides products or services to the real estate industry.
GLOBAL BUSINESS COUNCIL
The GBC drives global business opportunities for members by providing networking, education, and economic development opportunities.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are charged annually as at January 1, however the Association prorates fees depending on the quarter that the license holder applies for membership. Membership dues are charged in both Jamaican AND American currencies and MUST be paid at the Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) in the currency quoted.
Once payment is made then BOTH receipts must be submitted along with the duly completed and signed application form and other requisite documentation for processing. Applications are processed within five (5) business days.
