Your membership with the RAJ is an investment in your success. If you are a real estate stakeholder looking for specialized training, networking opportunities and resources, you have come to the right place. Our members are the heart of our organization and it is our mandate to work diligently to support and serve you at the highest level for the continued growth and development of our industry. There are several options for membership for real estate licensees and other stakeholders interested in membership:
Membership dues are charged annually each year as at January 1, however, the Association prorates fees depending on the quarter that the license holder applies.
As a member of the Association, you have access to a wide array of benefits which are available only to you. These range from valuable marketing and sales tips.
REALTORS® in Jamaica uphold professionalism, integrity, and accountability in the real estate industry. Our members are dedicated to providing honest, transparent.
Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.

The By-Laws of the Realtors of Jamaica provide the governing framework for the Association, ensuring ethical conduct, professional standards, and effective administration. They outline the purpose, the rights and responsibilities of members.
It is important to use NAR’s membership marks—including the REALTOR® logo and the terms REALTOR®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, REALTORS®—correctly

If your membership has lapsed or been terminated and you wish to reinstate your membership, please download and fill out the Reinstatement Application Form and return it to the Secretariat. Once your application is processed and approved, you will be sent an email advising of your reinstatement along with your welcome package.
Be licensed in real estate
Either a licensed real estate dealer (to apply as a REALTOR®) or
A licensed real estate salesperson working under a REALTOR®.
Complete the RAJ membership application form and submit it with the required documents.
Pay the membership fees (joining fee and annual dues).
Your application is reviewed by the Membership Committee and approved by the Board.
Attend the new member orientation session after approval.
Once approved, you become an official RAJ member and can use the REALTOR® designation.
As a RAJ member you have access to a wide array of resources formulated to help you succeed in the industry.
Real estate licensees can apply for either of two types of memberships; REALTOR® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®.
Affiliates are commercial entities whose business is in an allied field that provides products or services to the real estate industry.
