Realtor Fail to Coorporate with getting information to show property to my customer
Good day, I would like to file a complaint in accordance with Article 3 of the Realtor Code of Ethics against two Realtors at Realty One Group who choose not to coorporate by not providing information to show the property to my clients. Realtors have a duty to coorporate and Realtors should share property information and allow other brokers to show listings to help clients. It has been since August 5th and I have yet to receive directions, pindrop location, and/or to meet someone at the property because the pindrop that was provided by one of the agents didn’t locate the property and there weren’t any boundaries to outline said property. The second agent didn’t even provide a pindrop or a pin drop. Their MLS showing directions outlined that the agent should be contacted but still o inforamtion was provided.
Issue Uploading Supporting Property Documents to the MLS Platform
Dear RAJ Team, I would like to report an issue I have been experiencing with the MLS platform when attempting to upload supporting documents for property listings. Despite following the required upload process, the platform is not consistently accepting the supporting documents, preventing the listings from being completed as intended. This issue has affected my ability to efficiently publish and manage property listings. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional information, screenshots, or examples are required to assist with troubleshooting. Issue with property not appearing on website
I would like to bring to your attention an issue where I uploaded the MLS Property along with supporting documents. It has been two days, but I have not heard from the Office if there are any problems. Please let me know if there is anything I may have missed or failed to submit. Your urgent response would be appreciated
